How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped we will send you an order fulfilled confirmation email along with the tracking details of the courier company.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai and they typically are delivered in 3-5 working days depending on the distance, the mode of payment and product availability.  All orders received are generally shipped within 1-2 working days. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday for the weekend. All orders received after 1 pm on Friday are shipped on Monday. For express delivery, get in touch with us at shruti@ayraethnic.com. 

How can I cancel my order?

COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. You can reach us at shruti@ayraethnic.com with your instructions. Once the COD order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order or cancel it.

Prepaid orders CANNOT be cancelled. 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

What if I receive a damaged product?

We urge you to not worry about this. It's our responsibility that your order reaches you in perfect shape. All you have to do is take a picture of the damaged product and send us an email at shruti@ayraethnic.com with your order number and the image of the product. We will replace it for you at the earliest.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, unless the product is damaged on arrival.

Is cod available?

Yes, COD is available.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier company will send you an SMS alert as well as call on the day of delivery. If you are unable to accept a package please reach out to them or to us to update the instructions to the delivery person. An order is attempted 3 times after which its returned back to us. If a customer refuses orders regularly, we reserve the rights to cancel orders.

Where do I mail the return/exchange products?

Please email us on shruti@ayraethnic.com and we will arrange for you to send the product back to our warehouse. Do remember to mention your order details and retain the original packaging, tags and invoice of the order. 

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted.
